Membership is limited to persons 21 years old or better. Members are responsible for all shipments made to the address on file. Members are responsible for letting us know address changes at least two weeks in advance of a shipment. In the unlikely but possible case of a shipping snafu, members must file their own claims against the shipper. Void where prohibited by law.
