2006 Estate Merlot

Tasting notes:
Fresh huckleberries, mulberries, licorice notes, brambly character and vanilla aromas make for a complex and inviting nose. A sweet entry of many berries and white chocolate finishes long and smooth. Well structured, with soft tannins and food-friendly acidity. Nicely balanced.
Pairing ideas:
Try with pork roast stuffed with dried fruits, pastas, or chicken grilled with prosciutto and figs.
