Information:
In 2006 Smith Vineyard purchased Syrah cuttings from U.C. Davis and budded one acre of Cabernet Sauvignon over to Syrah. This was 26 year old root stock, with a 99% take. We had growth within weeks of the grafting and harvested fruit in 2007
